1. – Overview:
At Toy Soldier Central™ (“TSC” or “We/Us” or “Our”), every order is prepared through our in-house production and fulfillment process. Figures are printed, washed, cured, inspected, packed, and dispatched from Toy Soldier Central HQ before being deployed to your collection.
Our miniature operations run like a disciplined command post: orders enter the queue, reinforcements are prepared, and each shipment is dispatched as quickly as possible while preserving quality.
1.1 – Quick Summary:
- Website orders receive priority handling ahead of eBay and other third-party marketplace orders.
- Most direct website orders ship within 3–14 days.
- Most extended website orders are usually resolved within 21 days whenever possible.
- In rare high-demand or production-interruption periods, the maximum handling window may extend up to 40 days.
1.2 – Website Priority Handling:
Orders placed directly through ToySoldierCentral.com receive priority in the TSC HQ production queue.
Website customers are prioritized because direct orders help support our independent production system, reduce third-party marketplace friction, and keep more resources inside the TSC Hobby Army.™

can access exclusive direct pricing not always available through eBay or other third-party marketplaces.
In practical terms, website priority means:
- direct website orders are reviewed and staged first;
- website customers are prioritized ahead of eBay marketplace orders whenever possible;
- available inventory is allocated to website orders before marketplace backlog when both are waiting; and
- direct customers receive the clearest access to TSC’s current lead-time updates.
This does not mean every website order ships instantly.
Some sets may still require printing, curing, inspection, or reprinting. But direct website orders receive the strongest queue position at Toy Soldier Central HQ.
2. – Typical Dispatch Times:
Most website orders are printed, processed, packed, and shipped within 3–14 days from the date of purchase.
Many orders ship sooner depending on current inventory, order size, production queue, and printer availability.
2.1 – Extended Website Order Window:
Occasionally, an order may take longer than the normal 3–14 day dispatch window.
This can happen when:
- an order is large;
- a set must be printed fresh;
- a figure fails inspection and must be reprinted;
- multiple Commanders place orders during the same production wave;
- the order includes newly released or high-demand sets; and/or
- anything else that could alter the dispatch timing.
For most extended website orders, Toy Soldier Central HQ aims to complete dispatch within 21 days whenever possible.
This is our preferred upper target for normal extended website fulfillment.
2.2 – Maximum Emergency Handling Window:
During rare operational disruptions, shipments may require additional time.
These situations may include:
- high order volume;
- printer maintenance
- failed print batches requiring reprints;
- resin supply chain delays;
- weather disruptions;
- shipping disruptions;
- equipment replacement; and/or
- other unexpected production interruptions.
In these rare cases, TSC maintains a maximum handling window of up to 40 days.
This is not our normal dispatch time. It is our mission-ready emergency buffer, used only when production conditions require additional time to complete orders properly.
3. – Production & Processing:
Most Toy Soldier Central™ figures are produced in small batches using resin 3D printing. Depending on the set, your figures may require:
- printing;
- washing;
- support removal;
- curing;
- inspection;
- sorting;
- packaging; and
- shipment staging.
This process helps ensure that your reinforcements are properly prepared before deployment.
4. – Postal Delivery:
TSC primarily uses USPS for domestic shipping within the United States, unless otherwise noted in a product listing or order update.
For international shipments, TSC may use USPS, UPS, FedEx (“Shipping Carrier”), or another available carrier depending on destination, service availability, cost, and shipping conditions.
Once your order is handed over to the Shipping Carrier, delivery speed depends on the Shipping Carrier’s operations and your region.
TSC controls production, packing, and dispatch. The Shipping Carrier controls final transit and delivery after the package enters the postal system.
Toy Soldier Central™ takes great care in packaging each deployment for transit, and parcels may be marked as fragile when appropriate.
However, once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TSC is not responsible for damage caused by Shipping Carrier mishandling, rough transit, weather exposure, customs inspection, or other events outside our control.
Tracking information is typically provided to the customer by an automated email. Customers are encouraged to check their spam or promotions folder for tracking updates.
