Toy Soldier Central™ (“TSC” or “We/Us” or “Our”) is operated by a small but disciplined cabinet of command staff and support personnel dedicated to designing, producing, inspecting, promoting, and deploying elite toy soldier sets to Commanders around the world.

From sculpting and digital design to production, communications, fulfillment, and battlefield storytelling, each officer plays a role in expanding the Toy Soldier Central™ Hobby Army.

Luciano Castellani is the founder and commanding force behind Toy Soldier Central™. As Field Marshal, he oversees the company’s creative direction, production doctrine, set development, customer strategy, and long-term expansion of the Hobby Army.

From the forge room to the battlefield, “The Castellan’s” mission is to create affordable, distinctive, and exciting toy soldier sets for collectors, painters, wargamers, and Commanders across the world.

He guides Toy Soldier Central’s overall vision, selects new deployments, refines production methods, and ensures every squad leaving HQ is prepared to serve the growing army of collectors with honor. Under his command, Toy Soldier Central™ has expanded from a small operation into an award-winning toy soldier company with a growing international following.

Field Duties:

  • Develops new set concepts and battlefield themes

Martin Crovetto, A/K/A/ “Marc.”

Rank: Sculpting Design Officer

Martin Crovetto, known in the field as “Marc,” serves The Hobby Army™ as Toy Soldier Central’s Sculpting Design Officer. He is responsible for helping transform battlefield concepts into detailed digital figures ready for production.

Marc supports the sculpting and design pipeline behind Toy Soldier Central™ deployments, helping refine poses, equipment, uniforms, weapons, and battlefield character. His work helps ensure that each figure has the visual presence, detail, and personality needed to stand proudly among the ranks of The Hobby Army.

From infantry formations to specialized units, Marc helps turn raw ideas into field-ready toy soldiers prepared for printing, inspection, and deployment.

Field Duties:

  • Develops and refines digital sculpting assets.
  • Supports figure detail, pose, uniform, and equipment design.
  • Helps prepare new concepts for production readiness.
  • Strengthens the visual identity of Toy Soldier Central™ sets.
  • Contributes to the design pipeline behind new deployments.

Victoria Anthem, A/K/A/ “Rose.”

Call Sign: “Rose”

Rank: Communications Officer

Victoria Anthem goes by the call sign “Rose,” serves as Toy Soldier Central’s Communications Officer. She joined the Toy Soldier Central™ command staff in 2026 to help maintain customer relations, social media communications, and public-facing dispatches to Commanders across the Hobby Army.

Rose helps manage the official Toy Soldier Central™ communication channels, including customer messages, campaign updates, social media posts, deployment announcements, and community engagement. 

Her mission is to keep Commanders informed, welcomed, and connected as new reinforcements enter the field. If you are speaking with TSC online, there is a strong chance your message may pass through her desk at HQ.

Field Duties:

  • Helps maintain customer communications.
  • Supports official Toy Soldier Central™ social media dispatches.
  • Assists with campaign announcements and deployment updates.
  • Routes Commander questions to the proper HQ channel.
  • Keeps the Hobby Army informed on new sets, policies, and reinforcements.

  • Known for saying: “Message received, Commander.”
  • Preferred doctrine: Clear comms, quick replies, and morale support.
  • Favorite part of the job: Helping Commanders feel connected to HQ.
